Warming up is a way to prepare the body for whatever workout an athlete is about to do. No matter how athletic you are, stretching can make your body feel good.

But your good intentions can all go by the wayside when you notice that everyone is paying attention to the buff men and women lifting heavy weights so smoothly. You feel a mix of jealousy and envy well up inside. You want to look like those gym rats, because they’re getting all the positive attention you want for yourself.
